Timothy M. Wilson, PhD
Associate Manager, Business Development and Marketing
Tim received his BS and PhD degrees from North Dakota State University in Biochemistry. Tim serves as an analytical and quality control leader specializing in bioanalytical method development, GxP laboratory operations, and CMC strategy for biologics, cell, and gene therapy programs. With more than six years of industry experience, complimented by a PhD in Biochemistry, Dr. Wilson has built and led high-performing QC and Analytical Development teams, directed multimillion-dollar laboratory and instrument validation programs, and supported client programs from early development through clinical manufacturing. His expertise spans compendial and phase-appropriate testing, equipment CQV/CSV, regulatory documentation, and analytical technology transfer. In addition to his technical and operational leadership, he brings experience in client engagement and business development, partnering with sponsors to design compliant, phase-appropriate analytical solutions that align scientific rigor with operational efficiency. Tim’s past experience includes AmplifyBio, Forge Biologics, Aldevron, and the National Institute of Health.

Megan received her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management and Policy, with a minor in Finance, from the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University in May 2025. At IU, she combined academics with leadership, serving as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for Overview of the U.S. Healthcare System, a Student Tutor for Introduction to Public Budgeting and Finance, and holding multiple leadership roles in the Future Professionals in Healthcare club, including Vice President of Finance during her senior year. Megan gained hands-on experience through internships, including a Public Health Internship in London, where she authored three published reports and contributed to policy recommendations, and a Professional Development Evaluation Processor Intern role at Solution Tree Inc. in Bloomington. She joined Singota Solutions in March of her senior year, applying her skills in market research, business development, and strategic analysis.

Perla graduated from the Kelley School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and International Business and a minor in Spanish. She is passionate about collaboration, continuous learning, and bringing new perspectives to complex challenges. During her time at Indiana University, she served as a Teaching Assistant for Introduction to Business Ethics, where she supported student learning and encouraged discussions on ethical decision-making in business. She also worked as a Project Management Intern with Indiana University's Capital Planning and Facilities department, supporting projects that contributed to campus planning, operations, and facility improvements. Perla joined Singota Solutions in early July and looks forward to applying her skills in marketing strategy, project management, and business development.

Alice received her BS in Zoology and Physiology from the University of Wyoming and MS in Zoology from Miami University. She has many years’ experience in scientific research and project management. Her past employment includes working as a research scientist to develop high-performing genetically modified crops at BASF and Bayer Crop Science. She also worked as a research associate performing toxicology studies at The Hamner Institutes of Health Sciences. Alice has worked at Singota Solutions for over five years in Client Services as a projectnts’ needs, mentoring team members, and continually improving processes.

Mallory Franklin received her BA in Biology and minors in Business and Criminal Justice from Indiana University. She has over 17 years of experience in the parenteral contract manufacturing industry, including roles in quality control, quality assurance, and project management. Her past employment includes work at Baxter Pharmaceuticals, Cook Pharmica, and Catalent Biologics. Mallory is currently a Project Leader 2/Senior Project Manager at Singota Solutions.

Megan received her BS degree from Purdue University from the school of agriculture. She also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Purdue University. She has over 10 years of experience in project management including roles in intellectual property, medical education, clinical, document control, charity fundraising, and event management. Her past employment includes work at Cook Research Incorporated, Cook Medical, and French Lick Resort. Over the course of her career, she has also served on several company committees, including Health and Wellness Committee, Community Outreach Committee, Recycling Committee, Associate Awards Planning Committee, and Safety Committee.

Carrie received her BS degree from Indiana Wesleyan University, majoring in Biology. She has over 10 years of experience in Quality Control and laboratory work, as well as 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a scientist, supervisor, and client representative. Her past employment includes work at Grain Processing Corporation, Cook Pharmica/Catalent, Duke Energy, and Singota Solutions as a Project Manager. She has successfully completed LEAD training at Catalent Biologics while in a supervisor role and continues to attend ongoing classes geared toward laboratory and leadership. At Duke Energy, she completed training for new Microsoft Power BI software and provided updated Power BI dashboards for management meetings. Carrie has been a Project Manager 1 at Singota Solutions for two years and in September of 2025, Carrie was promoted to Project Leader 1/Project Manager 2.

Kyle Landgrebe

Kyle received his AS degree in Law Enforcement from Vincennes University, and his BS degree in Criminology from Indiana State University. Kyle started his pharmaceutical career at Baxter Pharmaceutical Solutions LLC in 2006, then took a short hiatus to work with medical devices at Morris Innovative Inc. before returning to the pharma industry at BioConvergence in 2012. He has experience in clinical and commercial manufacturing, environmental health and safety, supply chain management, and project management. His previous career was in law enforcement, serving as a Police Officer with the City of Bloomington and a Federal Law Enforcement Officer serving the Southern District of Indiana.

Tom received his BS from the College of Charleston’s School of Sciences, Mathematics, and Engineering and holds certifications in Biotechnology and the Business of Life Sciences from Indiana University. He has over 15 years of experience in parenteral pharmaceutical manufacturing including roles in microbiology, quality systems management, supplier quality, operations management, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs. He has worked extensively in the CDMO arena, specializing in the development and manufacture of both clinical and commercial products spanning small molecules, biologics, liposomal, and lipid nanoparticle formulations. Accomplished leader who bridges the gap between business needs and the stringent compliance requirements of operating in a cGMP environment.

As Senior QA Manager, Compliance & Regulatory Affairs at Singota Solutions, Jerrad provides strategic leadership for quality operations, compliance initiatives, audit management, and regulatory inspection readiness. His expertise includes FDA, EMA, ICH, global GMP requirements, inspection readiness, audit management, CAPA systems, change control, supplier quality oversight, and operational risk management.

With over 10 years of industry experience, Zachary joined Singota Solutions in April 2022 after serving as an NSF Accredited Field Certifier with ENV Services, Inc. In that role he worked with pharmaceutical, medical device, and laboratory facilities nationwide, helping clients develop and maintain regulatory compliance related to USP, ISO, and GMP standards. Zachary developed his interest in Regulatory Affairs while working at the University of Georgia, where he led initiatives to bring investigational drug manufacturing activities into compliance with state and federal regulations.

Travis Hudson currently serves as the Senior Manager of the Supply Chain Management function at Singota Solutions. Now in his eighteenth year with the company, he also serves as the Cold Chain Subject Matter Expert for Operations. His role focuses on operational oversight, continuous improvement initiatives, transport process design and qualification, and supporting client needs abroad through partner facilities. Travis also provides Controlled Substance oversight for DEA compliance and serves as the Designated Representative Supervisor supporting Singota’s 3rd Party Logistics Licensure.

Krista L. Melvin is an accomplished Supply Chain Management professional with more than 26 years of experience spanning manufacturing, warehousing, shipping and receiving, customer service, and more than 15 years supporting life sciences operations. She serves as Supply Chain Management Supervisor and Controlled Drug Substances Coordinator at Singota Solutions. Her expertise includes FDA-regulated environments, hazardous materials shipping, inventory accuracy, compliance, operational support, audit readiness, and leadership of complex inventory and distribution systems.

Ryan received his BS in Biochemistry from Indiana University within the Department of Chemistry. He has 17 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry including product development, quality control, clinical and commercial manufacturing technical operations, and CMC project management. His previous experience includes Roche, Eli Lilly, Cook Pharmica, and Catalent in chemistry and project leadership roles. His industry interests include AAPS, ACS, PDA, and Indiana University's Department of Chemistry. Ryan is also an avid runner, pianist, vocalist, and enjoys travel, sports, and home renovation projects.

Jeannette earned her Bachelor of Science degree with a focus in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from Indiana University Indianapolis and later obtained certifications in Six Sigma Green Belt, Business of Life Sciences, Supply Chain Analytics, Global Supply Chain Emerging Leaders, and Contract Management and Negotiation. She also earned a Master of Legal Studies from Arizona State University. Jeannette has more than ten years of experience in procurement, planning, and scheduling across aerospace, industrial equipment, medical device, and pharmaceutical industries. At Singota Solutions, she leads both the Contracts Management and Procurement departments.

Dan started his career in the plastics manufacturing industry before joining Singota Solutions in 2008 as an Accounting Associate. During his tenure he gained extensive experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales invoicing, payroll, tax, costing, and procurement. In 2012 he was promoted to Accounting Manager, overseeing accounting, tax, and procurement operations. Dan earned his Associate of Applied Sciences degree from Ivy Tech Community College and later completed his Bachelor of Applied Sciences degree through Indiana University East. In 2024, Dan was promoted to Associate Director of Finance, Contracts and Procurement.
